With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning hospitality, operations, and human resources, Phil helps organizations strengthen teams, develop leaders, improve accountability, and build positive workplace cultures.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. His background includes multi-unit restaurant leadership, HR operations, workforce development, employee relations, compliance, and leadership training.
Today, Phil partners with small businesses, restaurants, hospitality organizations, and nonprofits throughout Southwest Florida to provide practical HR guidance, leadership development, compliance support, and fractional HR services.
